About Evonne Yang
Evonne Yang, PA-C, earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Texas at Dallas. She then earned her Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Lock Haven, University of Pennsylvania.
Evonne's journey to becoming a physician assistant began with a childhood filled with hands-on activities and a passion for helping others in the medical field. Her path took an unexpected turn when she assisted in treating a family chicken's foot infection, sparking a deep interest in procedural work. This experience solidified her determination to specialize as a surgical PA, driven by compassion for patient care and a fascination with hands-on medical interventions.
At Kelsey-Seybold, she works as part of a team that aims to help restore or improve bodily functions, especially those resulting from injury, infection, tumors, or other diseases. She is also part of performing a range of cosmetic procedures to achieve their aesthetic goals.
Evonne recently embarked on SCUBA diving and earned certifications. While she cherishes quiet moments at home with her husband and dog, she also relishes exploring new destinations. Among her aspirations are witnessing the Northern Lights and visiting every National Park.
