About Dr. Shayan Izaddoost

Dr. Shayan Izaddoost is a board-certified plastic surgeon. In 1994, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in biochemistry from The University of Texas at Austin where he graduated cum laude. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy and Medical Doctorate degrees from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston in 2003. He completed his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency in 2009 at Baylor College of Medicine.

In addition to patient care, Dr. Izaddoost has held numerous administrative and academic appointments, including chief of the plastic surgery service line at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center and at Kelsey-Seybold.

Dr. Izaddoost was previously Associate Professor, Department of Surgery and Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas.

Dr. Izaddoost is a past president of the Houston Society of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and the Texas Society of Plastic Surgery.
