Traveling from Houston on I-45
Travel North on I-45.

Take the Frazier Street exit 84B toward Highway TX 75 N Loop 336.

Make a left at the traffic light to get on Loop 336.

Drive approximately 1 mile.

Just beyond the HCA Conroe Regional Hospital, make a right turn into the building parking lot. We are in a white 4-story building. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic - Conroe is on the 2nd Floor in Suite 222.
Traveling from Conroe on I-45
Travel South on I-45.

Take Exit S Loop 336W - 336 Loop and make a right turn.

Stay on the S Loop 336 for approximately .9 miles.
