Qualifications

Requirements for acceptance include a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and eligibility to complete Texas State Licensure within 90 days of the program start date. The candidate must be eligible for U.S. employment.

• Late applications will not be accepted.
• All letters of recommendation must be sent directly from the reference.
• All transcripts must be official.

• Letter of Intent
• Curriculum Vitae
• Official Professional Pharmacy Education Transcripts
• 3 Letters of Recommendation
  • No more than one should be from a college faculty member unless they served as a direct preceptor or supervisor.

Early Application Deadline is November 15

Application will be accepted until December 20 or until position(s) are filled

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis for initial screenings. Selected applicants will be invited to an onsite interview.
