In 2005, Dr. Tabor earned his medical degree from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He completed his Family Medicine residency and his Primary Care Sports Medicine fellowship at the Conroe Medical Education Foundation in 2008 and 2009, respectively.
