Dr. Meloche studied medicine at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston where she completed her medical degree, internship and residency. The first six years of Dr. Meloche’s professional career after residency were primarily devoted to Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care. Dr. Meloche has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including indigent health care clinics, executive health care centers, solo practices, Veterans Affairs Hospital clinics and large multispecialty clinics. For more than a year, she worked in an Occupational Medicine clinic where for a few months, she gained valuable management experience as the de facto director of the clinic.
Hobbies & Interests
“I am a rock hound,” Dr. Meloche says. “Collecting, polishing and creating natural rock jewelry is so much fun! I also enjoy my garden and my dog.”
