Randy Igbinoba, MD, MPH, MBA, completed his Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and biophysics in 2014 at the University of Houston. In 2018, he completed his Master of Public health at the University of Texas School of Public Health and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. He went on to complete his medical degree at the McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) in 2019. He completed his residency in General Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in 2020 and his residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Rochester Flaum Eye Institute in 2023.
As a comprehensive ophthalmologist, he treats a broad spectrum of conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, dry eye, and more. He works closely with his colleagues for patients who need more specialized care. Dr. Igbinoba joined Kelsey-Seybold in August 2023.
Hobbies & Interests
In his spare time, Dr. Igbinoba loves playing and watching sports and supporting all the Houston teams. He is learning to play the piano, drawing inspiration from his favorite video game soundtrack composers, Nobuo Uematsu and Yoko Shimamura. He also enjoys traveling, anime, and going to the movies.
