Omeed Paknejad, MD, earned his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine in 2019. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock in 2024. Dr. Paknejad found inspiration to pursue a career in medicine from the compassionate care and dedication demonstrated by his childhood primary care physician. He is board-certified in Family Medicine and joined Kelsey-Seybold in July 2024.
Dr. Paknejad provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illnesses and injuries, dermatological conditions, end-of-life care, women's health, geriatric care, and pediatric care. Dr. Paknejad believes clear communication is an important part of effective treatment, so he emphasizes listening attentively to his patients and involving them in decision making about their healthcare.
