Dr. Webb is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
She went to medical school and completed her residency in Ophthalmology at Baylor College of Medicine. She completed a fellowship in Ophthalmic Pathology at the school and was a full-time faculty member for one year before joining Kelsey-Seybold Clinic.
Awards & Publications
For the last three editions, Dr. Webb has acted as consultant to the American Medical Association for the ophthalmic chapter of their Guide to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment.
Hobbies & Interests
Dr. Webb has served on The Lighthouse of Houston Board of Directors for 20 years, including two years as Board Chairman. She's currently serving as a member of the Board of Trustees. Since 1997, her involvement with Benevolent Missions International has taken her on mission trips to provide medical and surgical eye care for residents in Bolivia, El Salvador, Belize and Fiji. She is currently president of the board of BMI
In addition, she is on the board of the Kelsey- Research Foundation.
She was honored by Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center with the Community Service Award in 2019.
Dr. Webb's hobbies include traveling, needlepoint and piano. She loves her granddaughters,who she tries to see as often as possible, and walking her pet Schnauzer.
