After completing a Bachelor of Science in chemistry at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, La. in 1998, Dr. Kuhl completed her doctorate of medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2005. She continued her medical training at Baylor College of Medicine, where she completed her residency in Internal Medicine in 2008, and Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care fellowship in 2011.

When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Kuhl is an avid reader. She likes to stay busy with her family and enjoys traveling, reading, playing volleyball and soccer, as well as dabbling in gardening.
