Kati Choi, MD, is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with fellowship training in Gastroenterology. Dr. Choi earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry in 2011 at The University of Texas at Austin, graduating magna cum laude. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree in 2016 from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso Paul L. Foster School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency in 2019 and her Gastroenterology fellowship in 2022, both at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2022.

The best advice Dr. Choi has received is “Nobody really knows how much someone is hurting. We could be standing next to someone who is completely broken, and we’d never know. So be kind always – with yourself and others.”
The most exotic/interesting place she has visited is Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
