After graduating from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2009, Dr. Griffin completed an internship in Internal Medicine and a residency in Dermatology from the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. From 2012-2013, he served as Co-chief resident for the Mayo Clinic Dermatology Residency program. He was awarded a fellowship in Dermatopathology at the world-renowned Ackerman Academy of Dermapathology in New York City, which he completed in 2014. Subsequently, Dr. Griffin was on faculty at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas from 2014 to 2016. 

Dr. Griffin joined Kelsey-Seybold in 2016. He is among just a few dermatologists in the Houston area to offer comprehensive patch testing for contact allergens.

Dr. Griffin enjoys Texas A&M football, mountain biking, spending time with his family, outdoor activities and reading.

Dr. Griffin’s favorite book is “The Three Musketeers” by Alexandre Dumas. The one device he says he can’t live without is his Keurig coffee maker and his favorite musical artist is Yo-Yo Ma.
