After earning her medical degree at the College of Medicine University of Ibadan in 2006, Harriet Adeleke, MD, completed an internship at the University of Ibadan in Ibadan, Nigeria, in 2007. After practicing medicine in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, Dr. Adeleke came to the U.S.A. to complete an Internal Medicine residency at Mountainview Regional Medical Centre Las Cruces, New Mexico, in 2023. She then joined Kelsey-Seybold in August 2023.
Inspired to practice medicine by her grandmother, Dr. Adeleke sees adult patients for chronic and acute conditions as well as health maintenance. She provides annual physical examinations and well woman examinations, and she has a special interest in geriatric medicine and obesity management. Her favorite part of practicing medicine is having the opportunity to educate her patients and seeing her patients’ health improve.
