After completing her undergraduate studies in Microbiology at the University of Florida, Dr. Jordan earned her medical degree from the University of Miami. She received postgraduate training at Baylor College of Medicine, where she completed her residency in Internal Medicine.
Awards & Publications
Dr. Jordan has been recognized with a prestigious national certification for excellence in caring for diabetic patients, awarded by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Certification through NCQA’s national Diabetes Recognition Program comes after a comprehensive, individualized review process to verify a physician’s adherence to national standards of excellence in caring for patients diagnosed with diabetes.
Hobbies & Interests
When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Jordan enjoys cooking, gardening and exercising. She is an avid Florida Gator fan and college football enthusiast. She is active in her sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. both at a local and national level.
