Dr. Faunda Armstrong is a board-certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician at Kelsey-Seybold. She completed her Bachelor of Science in biology in 2000 at Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. She relocated to Philadelphia to complete her medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine in 2004. After completing a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering in 2007, she completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2008 at Lehigh Valley Health Network. Dr. Armstrong is currently working on her Executive Master of Business Administration at the University of Texas at Dallas.
In practice since 2008, Dr. Armstrong treats women of all ages for common gynecological issues, and for general obstetrics. Patients can schedule well-woman exams and appointments for contraception, management of abnormal PAP test, preconception care, cancer screenings, and reproductive system disorders. Dr. Armstrong’s clinical interests include the management of high-risk pregnancies complicated by diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism, obesity, and other comorbid conditions.
