Diana Herrera, MD, graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, obtaining her medical degree in 2016. She then completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Houston Methodist Hospital in 2020. Dr. Herrera is certified in Da Vinci minimally invasive robotic procedures and a Diplomate of The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She joined Kelsey-Seybold’s OB/GYN staff in August 2024.
Following in the footsteps of her grandmother, who was a midwife in smalltown Mexico, and her mother, a nurse, Dr. Herrera enjoys medicine as a profession that allows her to meet new people and help them through important parts of their lives from adolescence through pregnancy and beyond menopause. In addition to routine gynecologic and well woman care, she helps patients with issues such as abnormal uterine bleeding, pelvic pain, contraception, cervical dysplasia, hormone replacement therapy, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, preconception counseling, general and high-risk obstetrics, uterine fibroids, contraception, and in-office procedures.
