Bambi Hoefner, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree in 1999 at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Lubbock. Dr. Hoefner completed her Pediatrics residency in 2003 at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.
For nearly 20 years, Dr. Hoefner managed River Oaks Pediatrics, a private, solo practice she started in 2005, providing primary healthcare to infants, children, and adolescents. She also has actively participated in the Houston Department of Health and Human Services Influenza Sentinel Surveillance project for more than nine years.
Dr. Hoefner joined Kelsey Seybold in September 2022.

Hobbies & Interests
Dr. Hoefner is blessed to be the mother of two beautiful and sweet young women. She’s an avid sailor and has competed individually and in several team regattas.
Fun Facts
The best advice Dr. Hoefner has received is “You never know what someone else is going through. Be kind and compassionate.”
The most exotic/interesting place she has visited is Quebec, where she and her daughters went white water rafting.
Not everyone knows this about Dr. Hoefner, but she lived in France while studying engineering.
Her guilty pleasures are jelly beans and watching “Ted Lasso.”
