Dr. Anef Niaz earned his Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2012, graduating cum laude. He earned his medical degree at St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, in 2017. In 2020, he completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Pittsburg Medical Center – Pinnacle in Harrisburg, Pa., where he also served as chief resident.
Dr. Niaz completed his Sports Medicine fellowship at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Lafayette in 2022, during which he served as team physician for the University of Louisiana Lafayette D1 athletics, including football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, track and field, cross country, men’s and women’s tennis, golf, volleyball, and cheer. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in March 2022.
